Development Background

At ME111 Investments, we specialise in commercial to residential conversions & specialist supported housing schemes for adults and children with learning difficulties.

We have completed numerous projects in York, Leeds and Manchester. We are currently working on a 10000sqft office to resi conversion for 16 x 1 bedroom
apartments for adults who have faced a difficult upbringing, with a pipeline of 20000sqft school to resi conversion focussed on children’s and elderly care.


Our sister company, Turning Point Capital, specialises in completing the capital stack capital of senior debt and private equity to developers across the country and so the finance of such schemes is easily obtained

  • Stutton, 2017- 3 bedroom dilapidated house refurbed and extended to a 6 bedroom property which broke the ceiling for the area.

  • MCR city centre 2019- 2 bedroom flat converted to 3 bedroom

  • Great Ouseburn 2021- 4,500sqft public house converted to a ultra luxury single dwelling.

  • Timperley, Cheshire 2023. Run down 3 bedroom detached property, refurbished and extended to a 4,300 sqft property.
