Care / Supported Housing

We purchased a 10000sqft office and have worked closely with the housing board, care commissioner and the registered provider to bring forward a scheme that will look after 20 people that society have left behind. We are in the process of setting up a Real Estate Investment Trust to ensure there is an exit which all parties would be happy with.

This scheme would be the first for the company, however we have worked with numerous other developers in sourcing the finance for such schemes. 
 

We have an option on a 20,000 sqft old school in Yorkshire which we plan to put forward to the care commissioner and housing board later this year.
 

We are in advanced conversations for setting up a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT’s) and hope for this to be set up at a similar time to the completion of Wesley House.

Our aspiriations for this year is to work closely with care providers (specific care provision for under 16 year olds and interim housing) with the view to setting up our own CIC.
